The Salvator Controlled Rope Descender is designed to support controlled downward movement on a compatible working rope. It is suitable for rope-access work, industrial rescue, evacuation, maintenance operations and controlled positioning at height. The device allows the operator to regulate descent while remaining connected to an approved fall-protection and backup system. It should be used only by trained personnel and in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating procedure.
